Ingrid Capacity was founded in 2022 out of necessity with a vision to shape the future of energy.
Ranked as one of Sweden’s top startups by Linkedin in 2024, Ingrid Capacity has grown exponentially since its foundation. Right from the start, it was necessary to grow the team in a rapid but sustainable way.
We partnered up with Ingrid Capacity at an early stage of their journey, before a talent acquisition function was in place. Our task was to cover specific recruitment needs but also to contribute to the preparation of creating an inhouse people function.
Since the recruitment need has been and remains high, an hybrid/on-site talent acquisition solution was given. It is important for both us and Ingrid Capacity to function as an integrated partner to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal staff, with a consistent and structured approach throughout the entire recruitment process.
